The Nissan Growlers are excited to welcome Andrew Haley as the team’s Physiotherapist for the upcoming season.

Born and raised in Paradise, Andrew recently returned home to Newfoundland after nearly three years practicing in Halifax. He earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) at Memorial University of Newfoundland.

As a former NLU18MHL player himself, Andrew understands both the physical and mental demands of the game. His clinical interests include sports injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic performance development, injury prevention, and return-to-sport. He believes rehabilitation should do more than simply get athletes back in the lineup—it should help them return stronger, more resilient, and prepared to perform at their highest level.

Andrew looks forward to working alongside the coaching staff to support player health and development throughout the season, helping athletes stay healthy, perform at their best, and keep players on the ice.
